The Mind/Body Program Goals:
- Introduce the art of "Journeying into the Self " using eastern methods which combine body and mind work
- To teach the Art of Relaxation
- Strengthen and lengthen different groups of muscles to increase muscle and bone mass (to combat osteoporosis)
- Loosen up the joints and increase their range of movement to prevent injuries
- Massage the organs through movement and improve cardiovascular abilities

- To achieve deep, long, soft breathing
