Children's Programs at Rashi

In what is thought to be the first program of its type offered in the Boston area, Ramel Rones, an Israeli Gold Medalist in the Eastern martial Arts in both North America and China, designed and lead a six week Body/Mind Program for nearly 200 students (grades K-7) at the Rashi Elementary School in Needham, Ma.

PROGRAM GOALS:

• Introduce the art of "Journeying into the Self" using Eastern methods
• Relaxation
• Learn Self Defense
• Develop the Imagination & Enhance Concentration
• Strengthen and Lengthen groups of muscles to increase muscle and bone mass
• Strengthen the Immune System
• Massage the Internal Organs through Movement
• Lead a Healthier, Happier Life!
