Chin Na CHIN NA is the art of seizing and controlling an opponent through techniques for locking or dislocating bones, twisting and tearing muscles and tendons, and grabbing certain muscles to numb them. One must also study the location of the body's energy channels and control points, which are used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, to learn how to effectively attack these points.
