Elder Program in Dedham This program is designed for the special needs of elders. The 12 - 14 week Program covers methods, based on the principles of the ancient arts of Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Yoga, which deal with how to relax, reduce stress, breathe correctly, tone the muscles, increase strength, heal injuries, relieve arthritis, improve stability, balance and coordination. Those principles are used to create space, increase the flow of blood and energy to the bones and the internal organs, and to create a strong connection between the body and mind for a stronger immune system and a peaceful, balanced life.
