Reduce Knee Pain , Improve Balance

Rones contributes to research supported by the NIH which shows Tai Chi to be an effective solution for managing knee pain. You will learn and practice how to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion and strengthen the muscles around the knee for better stability.

Static stretching, strengthening, and meditation.


I also teach meditation, martial arts and athletic training, as well as programs for balance, stress, and chronic conditions.
